Housing Application
Community Enterprises Corp. manages permanent supportive housing in New Jersey for adults with serious mental illness. Residents of the homes are provided with supportive services and peer counseling from the Supportive Services Division of Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey or another service provider.

To be eligible for this housing programs individuals must be:
  • over 18 years of age;
  • a present and/or past recipient of mental health services; or individual with special needs;
  • a low income person
Instructions

4. Wait until the download finishes.

6. In the document you'll find instructions on how to fill out and sumbit the application.
